Terms of use

These terms apply to the public website at cloudfabricpath.digital, operated by CloudFabric Path Advisory from METROPOINT 63, 65, 67 & 69, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, 50100, Malaysia. They do not replace a signed letter of engagement. If you instruct us to review a treasury application, the letter governs the work.

The site is information, not an opinion

Pages describe the kind of reviews we perform. Nothing on the site is an audit opinion, a certification of a software product, or advice on a specific application you operate. An opinion, findings register, or readiness letter exists only after we have access, a sample, and a signed scope.

No professional relationship from browsing

Reading the site, downloading a page, or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship. We may decline work where independence, capacity, or a conflict with another treasury engagement would be compromised.

Enquiries

The contact form posts to a static acknowledgement on this site. It is a convenience, not a secure portal for payment files, user extracts, or other confidential treasury data. Do not attach or paste live beneficiary lists, bank files, or passwords. We will agree a channel for evidence once a letter is in place.

Fees and payment

This website does not collect fees. Quotes are given in writing after scoping. Invoices, retainers, and refunds are handled under the letter of engagement and the refund notice on this site.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and the CloudFabric Path name are ours. You may quote a short extract with attribution. You may not republish methodology pages as your own control framework. Findings registers produced under an engagement belong to the client named in the letter, subject to our retained working-paper files.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, scrape, or overload the site, submit automated junk through the form, or impersonate a treasurer or auditor when contacting us. We may block addresses that abuse the enquiry channel.

Accuracy

We take care with descriptions of our work. Application vendors change screens and module names. If a page and a live system disagree, the live system and the engagement letter win.

Liability for the website

The site is provided as a public description of the practice. To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take solely from reading these pages without an engagement. Liability for contracted work is set in the letter, not here.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over disputes about the site. Engagement letters may specify a different dispute path for the professional work itself.
