We work from Metropoint and travel to treasury floors in the Klang Valley when the application cannot be seen properly over a call. The practice is sized so the person who scoped the letter is still in the room for the close-out.
CloudFabric Path Advisory exists for one kind of work: financial audit of the applications corporates use to run treasury. We are not a software reseller, and we do not implement the systems we review. That boundary is deliberate. The treasurer needs someone who can say the configuration does not match the mandate without also selling a change order.
Most of our engagements are with Malaysian groups that have outgrown a spreadsheet-and-portal setup but have not staffed a bank-sized control function. Four-person treasuries are normal. Shared duties are normal. Pretending otherwise in a findings register is not useful.
Who you will meet
Engagement lead
Aisha leads application reviews for corporate treasuries in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. She previously sat in internal audit for a regional group with a multi-bank payment factory, which is why walkthroughs in this practice start at the live screen rather than the policy binder.
Application controls
Daniel traces configuration, standing data, and maker-checker paths through TMS and ERP treasury modules. He is the person who will ask for the parameter extract before he asks for the process narrative.
Payments and bank connectivity
Priya reviews host-to-host channels, payment files, and the last mile to the bank. She has spent enough time with repair queues to know that dual control often ends where the screenshot of the TMS approval ends.
Access and data integrity
Hafiz maps roles to cash-moving tasks and reperforms positions against bank statements. He works with small treasury teams who cannot staff a textbook segregation model and still need a control they can live with.
