Scope included

- Two review rounds with your named stakeholders
- Handover notes for whoever refreshes the extracts each cycle

- Statistical modelling or forecasting beyond charting existing figures
- Permanent staff augmentation
Provider and process
Work is led by a Cloud Fabric Path visual analyst paired with a briefing editor. Process:
- Briefing call — confirm audience, cadence, and constraints
- Discovery wall — half-day on site or via shared board
- First fabric draft — charts plus glossary stubs
- Pressure test — you run a real briefing with the draft
- Final pack — revised visuals, glossary, and walkthrough
Duration and delivery
Most commissions land in four to seven weeks depending on how many source systems and how quickly sample extracts arrive. Delivery mixes KL studio sessions with remote review calls. You prepare anonymised sample extracts and name one decision owner.
Pricing basis
Quoted after the briefing call. Price tracks number of source streams, distinct audiences, and review rounds. A deposit secures the discovery week; the balance is due on final pack delivery.
